What does the Queen's Platinum Jubilee mean to you?

Two art competitions open for all age groups.

  • An art competition opens to primary school children – with the simple brief of painting or drawing a picture about what the Platinum Jubilee means to them. All designs will be printed as Christmas Cards, with nett proceeds going to Castle Donington Volunteer Centre.

It is open to children in KS1 and KS2 year groups with a winner and runner-up award for each group.

  • An art competition for KS3 children to create a design suitable to be made into a tea towel or jigsaw. All entries will be displayed in the Community Hub. The winner's and runners up design will be made into a jigsaw and tea towel, with nett proceeds going to Castle Donington Volunteer Centre.

It is open to children in KS3 year group with a winner and runner-up award.

The closing date for entries is 5 June 2022.

Send your designs to admin@cdpc.org.uk in PDF or JPEG or bring a hard copy to the Community Hub.
